Culver Spring Parents Weekend

This Spring mom and dad flew and met Allie and I in Chicago. We traveled the 1.5 hours to Culver and stayed for the weekend with Laken. It was a wonderful time! Laken is doing really well at this boarding school in Indiana. He finished the year with a 3.9 GPA and received a couple of honorable awards in his unit company A and LAX team. We are so proud of his hard work and dedication to doing his best!

 Culver is right on Lake Maxinckukee. This was taken on a morning walk. So peaceful. 

 Every Sunday each unit within Culver comes together for a parade. It is a sight to be seen. 

Laken found a great friend during his first year. His name is Zach Dunlap. He and Lake will be roommates next year. 

We like to be busy

The girls and Laken certified to scuba dive over the last month. The darker pictures are in the near by gulf and are pretty murky. They loved it anyway and can't wait for the clear blue waters of the red sea.

 Laken came for spring break! We loved having him with us for a couple of weeks.
